Wavy Days Code of Conduct for Brewery Staff, Vendors, and Volunteers

As a staff member at any Wavy Days Festival event - whether brewery representative, food truck staff, sponsor, or volunteer - you agree to abide by this code of conduct and to help enforce it along with the Mast Landing team. Any questions can be directed to wavydays@mastlandingbrewing.com

All staff and volunteers at Mast Landing Brewing Company's Wavy Days Festival are expected to support an inclusive space by adhering to the following conduct standards:

  • To treat others with dignity and respect at all times.

  • To avoid under any circumstances engaging in inappropriate behavior and language that are discriminatory, harassing, abusive, offensive or unwelcome; and to immediately intervene in any case where this behavior is seen.

  • To confront the decisions or behaviors of others that are based on conscious or unconscious biases.

  • To be open-minded and listen when given constructive feedback regarding others' perception of your conduct.

Violations

Mast Landing Brewing Company will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or any behavior or language that is abusive, offensive or unwelcome. Staff and volunteers at the Wavy Days Festival who violate this code of conduct will face disciplinary action including but not limited to: removal from the festival, further restriction on attending Mast Landing events or visiting Mast Landing facilities, and prosecution by local law enforcement.
